My name is Katie Connor, I'm an experienced REALTOR® and Associate Broker in the NRV and Roanoke Valley. I welcome you to look around and learn all there is to know about me. In 2022 I decided to pursue obtaining my Associate Broker License to further my knowledge in real estate. If I wanted to start my own brokerage, I'd be qualified to do so, however, I use my additional knowledge to the benefit of my clients.
For Buyers: I'm a strong negotiator and I have many successful strategies to help my clients in analytical and out-of-the-box ways to get them into their new homes over the competition. I'm very thorough and quick to point out *potential* red flags during a showing; so much so other top agents ask for my opinion or to fill in for them in certain situations.
For Sellers: I work with only the best photographers to highlight the best features of your home at no cost to you. I price your house to sell for top dollar and have advice further to increase interest in your home to the right buyers. Additionally, I pay out of pocket for additional advertising for your house, as part of my services to you.
For Both Buyers And Sellers: My extensive knowledge and experience has taught me how to best serve my clients in the ever-changing real estate market. Especially since the pandemic, my business practices have evolved and became more refined for a better experience all around.

Professionally, I've been in the real estate business full-time for 5 years, and to further advance my knowledge, I went back to obtain my Associate Broker license in 2022!
